Don't Stand on the Slug!

A new list poem. Annoyances, pet peeves, things that make you go "Grrr!". An easy one for children to have a go at - rhyme not required!

Grrr!

Toe fluff

cat hair

hiccups

flies

wasps

raspberry jam.

Standing on slugs

stuck-Pooh-sticks

fingernail clippings

my brother Sam.

Cabbage

haircuts

dog poo

burnt toast

too-tight-shoes.

All these things make me go "Grrr!",

do they annoy you, too?
